Pulutan Defined

PULUTAN is a Tagalog term for finger foods. It comes from the root word PULUT - which means to pick up with the fingers. We usually serve finger foods or some would call it appetizers during parties, specially during drinking parties. No party is complete without a Pulutan - exotic or simple as it may seem. But often times a pulutan is cooked just perfect, we end up eating it over rice.
